Leadership Weekend Media Below are the media files from our recent Leadership Weekend Event held on Friday, January 29 and Saturday, January 30. Session One: Leadership Influence (Chris Norman) During this session we emphasize the point that leadership is far more about who you are and who are you becoming than about giftedness and skill. In fact, unskilled leaders are usually more dependent on the Spirit and are more easily reproducible.

Session Two: Dreaming (Chris Norman) During this session we emphasize the need to confess sin regularly, dream big for the future, and take steps of faith toward those dreams. Examples are given for dreams in the area of personal, family, and mission community life.

Session Three: Taking Action (Tim Smith) During this session we give practical suggestions for how to implement our desires and dreams by creating goals and action steps that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-based (SMART).

Overall Feedback from the Attenders Ninety three percent of the over 100 adult leaders who attended gave a rating of 8, 9, or 10 on whether this weekend had the potential to be life changing in their lives. They also wrote down what they appreciated most about the weekend.
