Service Time Change This Week
CENTRAL
On January 9th, the Central site service will be at 10:30 am (instead of 9:30am). Grace Gathering Central and New Life will combine their services for one worship celebration! Worship, prayer, testimony, and words of encouragement! Make sure you put this time change in your calendar.
Connect the Church: January Events
NORTH
In January, we have two great north site events coming up. Connect the Church is a great way to meet others and invite others while also having fun! Join us for:
– Ladies Night at Debrands, Jan 11, Tuesday, 7:30pm
– Guys Night at Teds, Jan 20th, Thursday, 7:30pm

Young Adult Kickoff

On Friday, January 21st, at 6pm we will have our Young Adult ministry kickoff!
Join us at the central site (1201 McKee St) for food, worship, and celebration for what God will do in 2022. For more info talk to Grace Maconochie or Ryan Perkins
Connect the Church Event: Mystery Dinners
EAST
Sign up to attend or host a Mystery Dinner between January 16th and January 30th. Mystery Dinners are a great way to meet people at the east site, and invite your friends and family to join you!
Winter Blast Parent Meeting
CHURCHWIDE
There will be a winter blast parent meeting following church on Sunday, January 9 at the East site. This will just go over a few details and logistics for the weekend. If you have students going on this trip, you are more than welcome to come to this meeting!
Sign-up is officially here for Winter Blast 2022! This coming year’s winter blast will take place on January 14 – 16 at Lake James Christian Camp. It is for all Grace Gathering Middle and High Schoolers and costs $85 per student. The sign-up deadline is December 30th. To find out more and sign up here.
2022 Giving Information and Envelopes

The IRS is allowing individuals to easily deduct up to $300 (up to $600 for married individuals filing jointly) in charitable contributions on their 2021 taxes on top of the standard deduction without needing to itemize. Take full advantage of the giving tax break.
Before filing your 2021 taxes where you’ve claimed a charitable giving deduction, you MUST have already received your giving statement. The IRS can disallow the deduction if the issue date of the statement is after your filing date. Don’t file your 2021 taxes claiming a charitable deduction before you have received your giving statement in January.
If you use giving envelopes (instead of online), pick up your 2022 giving envelopes at the Connections Center of your site beginning 12/12.
