Good Friday Service
CHURCHWIDE
As we look towards Easter and remembrance of what Jesus did for us on the cross, there will be several opportunities to join the community in prayer and worship to the Lord. Make sure to mark these times in your calendar!
- Good Friday, April 15th
- All-Day Prayer and Worship (8am-6:30pm, @ the East site) – We will be hosting all-day prayer and worship lead by prayer and worship teams from churches across the city, feel free to drop in at any time!
- Journey to the Cross (@ the East site) – an opportunity for individuals, families, groups, and communities to reflect on the final hours of Jesus’ experiences before the cross. There will be stations set up around the room with verses and activities. Stop by for as long as you want during the open hours!
- Good Friday Service (6:30pm, @ the East site) – We invite everyone churchwide to join us for a Good Friday service in partnership with Kingdom Collective Church and Gospel House!
- Easter Sunday, April 17th
- East – Join us at our normal 10am time!
- Central – Join us at 10:30am (instead of 9:30am) for One Worship with New Life!
- North – Join us at 9:30am for our new time change!
Baptisms and Parent/Child Dedications on April 10th!

Our next Baptism and Parent/Child Dedication Day is coming up on April 10th!
–Baptism is going public about your faith in Jesus and communicating to the world your heartfelt commitment to following Him. It’s an important act of obedience that God’s Spirit rewards in a very special and personal way. If you are thinking about getting baptized, find out more at gracegathering.com/baptism
–Parent-Child Dedication is a commitment to raise your child in the ways of Jesus. Are you ready to make that commitment, and are you ready to ask our church to make the same commitment alongside you? If so, sign up here.
Central Eggstravaganza: Prizes and Toys Needed!
CENTRAL
On Saturday, April 16th we will be hosting the whole community for Eggstravaganza! We invite you to join us from 1pm – 3pm for food, a bouncy house, and games! Leading up to this date, we ask that you bring in candy and small toys as prizes for the Kids! Candy (Wrapped) and Toys (Bubbles, fidgets, etc.) can be dropped off at the central site over the next few Sundays!
One Worship – With Central and New Life
CENTRAL
Join us again on Easter Sunday (April 17th) at 10:30am (instead of our normal 9:30am time) for our next combined worship service with New Life and Central Site together! We hope to see you there!
East Eggstravaganza: Candy Donations Needed!
EAST
This Sunday, April 3rd we have our annual Eggstravaganza! Join us from 3:00pm – 5:30pm @ the East Site for fun, games, and prizes! This event will be in partnership with Meadowbrook Home Association, and families from across New Haven are invited to join us, so invite your friends, family, and neighbors!
Round Table
EAST
Join us on Sundays before the service for a time to encounter God and respond to Him in fellowship with others. 9:00AM, weekly on Sunday before the service. April 10 – May 22. The upcoming study is Francis Chan’s – Forgotten God. Learn more about the Holy Spirit and His guidance in our lives.
Welcome Group
EAST
New to Grace Gathering? Whether you’ve been here one week, 5 weeks, or a year, the welcome group is a great way to meet and connect with others! Join us on the first Thursday of each month, 7pm, at the East Site! Childcare will be available. For more info, go to the connection center after the service.
Starting on Easter Sunday (April 17th), Sunday gatherings will be at 9:30a.
NORTH
Beginning April 17th (Easter), we will be officially changing our service start time to 9:30am (instead of the current 9:45am service start), make sure you mark your calendars for the time change!
North Eggstravaganza: Toy Donations Needed!
NORTH
The North site is partnering with the Y for our annual Eggstravaganza on April 10th after the service(12pm)! We are looking for prize donations such as bubbles, chalk, coloring books, frisbees, trinkets, fidgets, etc… to give out to kids on the day. If you wish to donate, you can bring your donations to the Connections desk at the North Site over the next several Sundays.
