Menzie Family Sabbatical

This Sunday we prayed over the Menzie family as they prepare for their 3-month sabbatical starting December 1st. Please continue to pray for them while they seek the Lord for rest and vision during this time.
Naturally Supernatural Workshop (Dec 2nd)

As we follow Jesus, we know we’re called to imitate Him in every way—but that leaves some of us wondering, “What about the miraculous things Jesus did? Should we imitate those things, too? Is that even possible? Is it biblical?”
We’re excited to offer a workshop that answers just those questions. Whether you’ve been following Jesus for decades or just a short while, or whether you are totally comfortable with the miraculous (or totally uncomfortable) you’ll find this biblical, simple introduction to hearing God and healing will encourage you and challenge you in life-changing ways.
The workshop will include various segments, such as times of teaching input, Q&A, worship, small group processing, times of training, and personal application (as well as breaks and lunch).
This is the first in a series of four workshops we’ll be hosting in the coming months. Here is a quick glance at the title of each workshop:

Just Come Dinner (Dec 1st)

It’s time again for our annual Just Come Dinner!
This will fun night for our church body to love on the community. We will have a simple meal, Bingo, fun activities, and a visit from Santa! Whether you want to share a cup of hot chocolate or just invite your friends, this is a great way to kick off the holiday season while sharing the love of Christ with others!
Come to the East site from 6-8:00pm to join the festivities!
Prayerworks Hosting (Dec 16th)
North
Come join us in serving the city by hosting the 24/7 PrayerWorks prayer room. You don’t have to be an expert at praying for people, you just need to be a smiling face who can welcome people when they walk in! (There will be a dedicated “PrayerWorks Partner” there with you as well.)

Leadership Lab
Churchwide
We’re developing a training process for frontline missional leaders that is beginning this January. This leadership development community is designed to train and deploy men and women into ministries like youth, children, and the scattered church.
