Leadership Conference
CHURCHWIDE
*This is the last week to sign up*
Hosted by the Grace Gathering Leadership Team, we invite you to a single-day event of worship, ministry, and training.
We believe wherever you work or whatever your position, you have influence. Leadership Conference (formerly Leadership Day) is designed to equip you as a follower of Jesus to live out the DNA of discipleship and mission wherever you lead.
Join us as we all play our part in helping everyone in the greater Fort Wayne area have multiple opportunities to hear and see the gospel, become disciples of Jesus, and see our communities transformed.
This spring’s conference will be with Gwen DeSelm. Gwen is an experienced discipleship and inner healing coach, and will also be joining us for this spring’s Leadership Conference: The Journey to Inner Healing.
This conference is free for all Grace Gathering attendees, use the discount code below at checkout.

Potential Elder Input
CHURCHWIDE
The role of an Elder at Grace Gathering is to serve the body of Christ through shepherding and prayer, as well as overseeing doctrinal, financial, character, and vision health/integrity of the church. The qualifications for an Elder can be found in 1 Timothy 3:1-11, and Titus 1:5-9.
Our current elders are: Andrew Booth, Brady Koehlinger, Chris Norman, Paul Maconochie, Scott Jester, and John Haydock.
After more than 20 years serving on the eldership for Grace Gathering, John Haydock is transitioning off the elder team. We are deeply grateful to John for his many years of faithful prayer and discernment for the church as a whole and will be publicly honoring John and Teresa soon.
We would love to have some congregational input on four potential candidates for the role of Elder: Bill Turnwald, Steve Terry, Kelly Fair, Tom Maxwell
If you would like to give input on one or all of our candidates for the eldership role, please go to this page, or go to the connection center on Sunday.
Q&A with Mayor McMichael
EAST
This Sunday, March 6th, we will be inviting New Haven Mayor Steve McMichael to join our Sunday service. The City of New Haven has approached Grace Gathering about purchasing some of our land to build a community sports complex for the city and region. Immediately following the service that Sunday, Mayor McMichael will give a presentation of this sports complex city vision, how it could be in partnership with Grace Gathering, and be available to answer questions. We invite anyone interested to be a part of that gathering with the Mayor and our Elders from 11:15 to 12:15 on that Sunday in the Family room.
Combined Worship Service
CENTRAL
It was so great being with you all this past Sunday for our combined service with New Life, our next combined service will be on March 20th at 10:30am (instead of our normal 9:30am time). We hope to see you there!
Welcome Our New Worship Team Leaders
NORTH
Kylie and Sam Philips are officially stepping in to our worship team leader role with Grace Gathering North. They’ve been a part of Grace Gathering North since 2019, help lead a young adult missional community with Joe and Rebecca Holsclaw, and are fantastic leaders. Craig Eakright will be personally investing in them during this year long internship as he oversees our worship culture churchwide. Officially, Kylie will be the person on staff, but they are a great example of a healthy marriage partnership in ministry. In their day jobs, Kylie is a marketing manager and Sam is a nurse. If you see Kylie or Sam, tell them congratulations!
